Odette is a model image rights tracker: every set of photos sits under its job with its usage — media, territory and end date — and turns amber before it expires.
The WeTransfer link in the booker’s email lands under the right job. Every set carries its usage — media, territory, end date — amber 60 days before it expires, red if it’s expired and still running.

Until when.
A contract grants a usage: web Europe twelve months, print worldwide, social six months. Odette reads it in the contract or the booking email, and follows it over time.

“2 new photos of you on nova-studio.com. Is this you?”
Off by default. If you turn it on, Odette checks your clients’ sites and socials — never the whole internet — once a week. She tells you exactly where: the domains and accounts, listed.

Frequently asked
Does Odette store my photos?
For a set found online she keeps the link and a thumbnail; the originals stay with you or on the photographer’s transfer. The frames you pick for your book are stored, because the book is served from them.
How does she know which job a set belongs to?
From the email: sender, date, client. If she hesitates, she suggests and you confirm in one tap.
Does photo watch search the whole internet?
No, never. Only the sites and socials of the clients you list, once a week, and only if you turned it on. Switch it off and everything it kept is deleted.
