What you’ve earned. What’s still pending.
Odette is a model payment tracker: every fee sits on its 90-day bar, gross to commission to net, in the currency the job was booked in.
Every payment sits on its 90-day bar — green, amber past day 60, red past 90. Gross to commission to net, per job, in three currencies if that’s your life. Tax set-aside computed on what’s actually yours.
Time is a bar,
not a surprise.
The client pays the agency at 30, 60 or 90 days; the agency then pays you. Two delays add up. Odette shows them rather than making you guess.
The 90-day bar
6 payments pending · 1 overdue · three of them drawn hereThe trade’s normal delay. The client pays the agency, the agency pays you. Odette says nothing.
Courteous reminder drafted on day 60, precise question on 85. You send.
Overdue. A firm reminder is drafted for you to send, and the dated history is kept.
From gross to net, then to what you keep.
The fee isn’t what lands in your account, and what lands in your account isn’t what’s yours. Three figures, always in that order.
✦For a job via your agency the line becomes: €1,100 gross − 20% Élan = €880 net, already through payroll — no set-aside. Your accountant gets a CSV whenever you ask for one.
Three currencies, one total.

✦The rate is frozen the day the job is booked and shows on hover over each amount. A foreign withholding is noted on the job, for your home tax return.
No bank connection
She asks, never asserts.
Odette doesn’t see your bank, on purpose. When a date comes close she asks; you mark it received in one tap. She never writes “the transfer just landed” — she hasn’t seen it.

Money comes from the job, passes through the invoice or the agency statement, and ends up in your export.
Frequently asked
Is Odette connected to my bank?
No, on purpose. You mark a payment received in one tap; she asks you when the date comes close.
How are currencies handled?
Each job keeps its own. Totals convert to euros at the rate frozen on the booking day; the rate shows on hover.
What exactly is the tax set-aside?
A share of your direct income — 22% by default, yours to change — that Odette suggests you put aside. You record each transfer yourself; she never assumes one. Agency fees, already through payroll, have none.
Odette, market by market.
Commission, payment terms, currency and fashion week dates change from one city to the next. What each one does is on its own page.
