Odette exists because a real Georgia needed her.
Odette is a model. Milan-based, booked in Paris, London, New York — wherever the season sends her. And like almost every model, she ran her career on whatever was at hand: castings in Notes, call times buried in DMs, invoices nowhere, and the money in her head. A €900 job she couldn’t remember being paid for. An agency statement she couldn’t read. Photos showing up on a site with no idea whether the usage had expired.
One evening she said something simple: “My agency knows exactly what I earn. I don’t.”
That sentence became the app.
She didn’t just inspire it. She shaped it with us — real booking emails, real call sheets, real late payments. Every module started with “so what do you do here?” and the answer was rarely pretty. The 90-day bar, the three reminder tones, the statement read line by line, the photo watch you switch on yourself: all of it came from her, not from a brainstorm. That’s why the app carries her name, and why she talks to you like a friend, not a dashboard.
What Odette actually does.
Odette is a career manager for professional models. She reads the emails you already receive and turns them into a career you can actually see.
A booking email becomes a job: client, date, call time, rate, address, door code, what to bring. Options stay dashed until they confirm. Under each job, what she read — and what’s still missing.
Jobs, castings, options and travel on one calendar, phone and laptop. The next ten days at a glance, with what’s free and what isn’t.
Every shoot’s photos, sorted by job, with the usage rights attached: how long, where, print or digital. When the usage runs out, you know before the client does.
For direct work, the invoice is drafted the day after the shoot. Reminders are written at 60, 85 and 91 days — courteous, precise, then firm — and you decide whether to send them.
Every payment on its 90-day bar, in the currency it was booked in. What you’ve received, what’s pending, what’s late, and how much to set aside for tax.
One ledger per agency: commission, per diems, expenses, what they’ve paid, what you owe them. The monthly statement matched to your jobs, line by line, so a “miscellaneous fee” never goes through unquestioned.
How she works.

No spreadsheet to fill, no history to type. Forward your last three booking emails and she starts from there.
Nine times out of ten it happens on set, in a taxi, between two looks. The desktop app is the same app, wider.
Most models have zero to three upcoming jobs, not thirty. Every screen is drawn for the quiet case, and grows with you.

Your career runs on trust — with agencies, with clients, with your own numbers. The product is built the same way.
No bank connection, so no invented balances. It’s “Did the €385 arrive?” — never “it just landed.”
“Confirm all” never touches an agency statement. Reconciliation is yours to open.
When on, it checks your clients’ sites and socials once a week. Never the whole internet, never your face across the web.
Agency work and direct work follow different rules; Odette handles both without judging either.
Modeling under 18 runs through agencies and guardians. Odette doesn’t store minors’ data.

Where we are.
Odette is in early access: fifty models, anywhere in the world, free until launch, with a direct line to us and a say in what gets built next. Six cities are already represented. The paid plans open at launch; nothing is charged before, and early-access members stay free.

Odette is designed and built by Arthur Feingold, founder of Swapp Studio, a product studio based near Paris. The studio builds software for professions that mainstream tools overlook — nightlife, events, fashion — where the work happens on a phone, at odd hours, and the admin follows ninety days later.
Odette started as a side project for one working model and became the studio’s main focus. It’s built the way we’d want any tool we depend on to be built: nothing invented, nothing assumed, every screen drawn from a real email or a real statement.
The team is small on purpose. When you write to hello@odetteapp.com, the reply comes from someone who works on the product — within a day, in English or French.
