Know what to bill, to whom, and when.
Drafted from the booking email.
Odette is an invoicing tool for models: the invoice is drafted from the booking email itself, and the reminders are written at 60, 85 and 91 days.
For direct jobs the invoice is ready without you typing a number — rate, usage granted, VAT line, the client’s billing address, due date. Reminders are drafted at day 60, 85 and 91. You press send; she never does it for you.

Who invoices what?
Two frameworks coexist in one career. Odette knows which applies to each job and only offers an invoice when one is needed.
Job via your agency
You don’t invoice.
The agency runs payroll.
In France, an agency model is presumed an employee. The agency bills the client, withholds its commission and contributions, and pays you the net with a payslip. Odette tracks the payment — she never offers an invoice here.
Direct job
You invoice.
Odette drafts.
Client with no agency, image rights, a job abroad: the invoice is yours, under your own status — sole trader, company, umbrella. Odette drafts it the day after the shoot from the booking email and your profile. You check, you send.
Four messages, one button: send.
Terms often reach 90 days in France. Odette writes the reminders in the right tone, on the right day, in the client’s language. Nothing leaves without you.

Money is split into four views. “Invoices” lists what needs you in black — a draft to review, a reminder to approve — and what’s sent in white, with the day count and the reminder button when needed.
“Café Riviera is 8 days late. Reminder no. 2 is drafted — ready when you are.”

The invoice comes from the job; the payment goes on its bar; the set-aside is computed on the net.
Frequently asked
Can I invoice in dollars or pounds?
Yes. The job keeps its currency; Odette shows the euro equivalent at the booking-day rate.
Does Odette send invoices?
No. She drafts, you send from your own mailbox. Nothing leaves without you.
What if I’m paid as an employee via my agency?
Then you don’t invoice those jobs: the agency runs payroll. Odette will only offer an invoice for your direct jobs.
